Masters Meet in Landover MD The Club was represented by
Gerald Vaughn, Bill Gramley, Terry Martin, Duane
Green, and Gregg Swindlehurst at the Sportsplex Masters Indoor Championship on February 18 in
Landover MD. Results have not yet been posted on the internet, but we can
expect that Jerry outdistanced the shot putters as usual. Also, Duane
Green ran an excellent 800 meter time against a very strong field. Many
national champions and record holders competed at this meet. For future
reference, the Virginia State Police are very active on I-85. USATF Masters
Indoor Championship in The USATF Masters Indoor
Championship will be held March 23-25 in USATF 2007
Membership Card Mailing is Delayed USATF is late on mailing
out the 2007 membership cards, supposedly due to the change in logo (no Im not
kidding). You can obtain your 2007 membership number from their
website. Your 2007 number is needed to compete in USATF sanctioned meets. Volunteer Volunteers are needed to

(704) 427-2458. Part of the deal for CT&FC having access to the UNCC

Practice Schedule The official Club practice
is 10:00 12:00 a.m. on Saturdays at the UNCC track, weather permitting.
Several members are also training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00. The weather is warming up,
so its time to get back on the track! Miscellaneous The Club website will be
