Age-Graded
Calculator
The following
link is a quick way to determine age-graded performance ( http://jick.net/~jess/track/mtf/AGT.php). Age-graded performance is used to determine
equivalent performance in the 20-30 age bracket, and
also as a percentage number. Percentages above 90% are generally
considered to be world class, and above 80% are national
class. With age your performance will naturally decrease, but
corrected for age your performance may actually be improving!
Practice
Schedule
The regular Club
practice schedule is 9:00-11:00 Saturday at the UNCC track. Several
members are also practicing at UNCC on some weekday evenings from
4:30-7:00. Come join us!
Club Website
The Club website
is www.carolinastrackandfield.org. There is a new “Important Link“ on the website “Masters T&F History”
This link was recently set up as an archive of masters track and field.
